Welcome to SlabCheck AI (“SlabCheck,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

SlabCheck AI uses artificial intelligence to produce an estimated, informational pre-grade and estimated market value for trading cards from photos you provide. It is a decision-support tool, not a professional grading, appraisal, authentication, or financial service.

2. No guarantee & not affiliated

SlabCheck AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to PSA, BGS, CGC, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, Pokémon, Nintendo, or any grading company or publisher. We do not guarantee that a card will receive the same grade from any grading company, or that any value shown is accurate or achievable. AI estimates can be wrong, and results vary with photo quality.

3. No liability for your decisions

You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the Service, including buying, selling, trading, submitting for grading, or cracking a graded slab. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabCheck AI and its operators are not liable for any financial loss, damages, or costs arising from your use of, or reliance on, any grade estimate, market value, or other output of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process those images solely to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI provider for analysis). You represent that you have the right to upload the images and that they don't infringe others' rights.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Scan limits reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, automated abuse, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
